RTR Residency
Although the project was originally a simple logo design refresh, after some exploration we discovered it was best to completely rebrand the organization. A residency program for graduate education students through Virginia Commonwealth University, RTR started as a small group placing and training residents in Richmond city schools. Over the years, RTR continues to grow in its reputation as an incredible opportunity for the future’s brightest educators, and it needed its branding to match. We tied the program to VCU through a shared color palette, but developed RTR’s own clean, precise aesthetic to emphasize the quality of their work and the caliber of their educators.
